The residential complex “Svidomi” is a space where architecture meets comfort, and the city gradually flows into nature. The complex is designed for those who value a balance between the calm of suburban living and the opportunities of the capital.
The core concept of the project is to create an environment that provides a sense of safety, coziness, and tranquility. Enclosed courtyards, green alleys, and comfortable public spaces form an atmosphere where one can both retreat in solitude and meet with friends or family.
Every element of the complex is thoughtfully designed: apartment layouts that combine functionality with current market demands; internal recreation areas; a multi-level parking facility that does not disrupt the perception of space; as well as dedicated on-site service infrastructure that creates a sense of a fully integrated environment.

The residential complex “Svidomi” is located in the village of Kriukivshchyna, Bucha district, Kyiv region, on Ivana Bohuna Street.
The project includes a balanced mix of commercial functions that are organically integrated into the residential environment, creating a comfortable setting for residents. The ground floors of the buildings accommodate shops, cafés, and provide space for a medical outpatient clinic and other services that make everyday life more convenient and self-sufficient.
A shelter designed to accommodate all residents of the complex is provided within the stylobate part of the parking structure.
The complex consists of 18 residential blocks of varying heights, ranging from 6 to 15 stories. These are arranged in a non-uniform composition to avoid monotony in the skyline, create visual accents, and humanize the scale of the development.
The volumes of the residential sections also vary in materials, colors, and window patterns, resulting in a diverse and dynamic architectural environment.

The master plan provides a clear hierarchy of internal and external spaces: the semi-enclosed courtyards (located on the stylobate) are designed as universal areas for all age groups. For the youngest residents, modern and safe playgrounds are provided.
For adults, there are cozy relaxation zones, including pergolas, walking alleys, and quiet resting areas. These spaces are organically integrated into the architectural ensemble, creating an atmosphere of comfort and privacy within the complex.
Along the first and second construction phases, a rain garden is planned, combining aesthetics and functionality. It is not merely a landscaped green area — the garden becomes an integral part of the project’s landscape composition, offering residents intimate spots for relaxation, walking, and observing nature.
At the same time, the rain garden serves an infrastructural function: it collects and regulates excess rainwater, ensuring efficient stormwater management.

The complex’s sports infrastructure includes outdoor fitness equipment and a modern mini-football field, allowing residents to maintain physical activity directly within the residential environment. This spatial organization creates a balance between relaxation, activity, and social interaction, transforming the inner courtyards into a true “living” center of community life within the complex.
