The Q-10 “Quoroom & AVR” building is a new multifunctional project in Lviv’s Zaliznychnyi district, combining retail space, apartments and office space. The project features advanced construction technologies that ensure its reliability and energy efficiency. The exterior walls have a ventilated facade with porcelain stoneware insulated with 150 mm thick mineral wool. A built-in heat generator room provides heating, and high-speed silent elevators add convenience. All apartments are sold with a comprehensive management service. The territory is equipped with pedestrian alleys and comfortable landscaping.
