We are looking for experienced BIM Coordinators with excellent knowledge of Revit who are eager to design and oversee the implementation of large-scale projects!
What we expect from a candidate:
- High-level proficiency in Revit, including the creation and adjustment of families
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and report generation
- Familiarity with plugins for Revit and Navisworks that optimize workflow
- Understanding of key BIM processes in design and the ability to work with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and EIR (Employer’s Information Requirements)
- Experience in developing and adapting scripts for current project tasks
- Preferably, a degree in architecture or an engineering discipline
- Initiative, result-oriented mindset, and stress resilience
Key responsibilities of a BIM Coordinator:
- Developing and updating BEP and EIR, including time estimation for their completion
- Coordinating models in Navisworks, performing clash analysis, and preparing reports
- Maintaining and refining models, creating and adjusting families, and assisting designers in adhering to modeling standards
- Developing and adapting scripts to streamline ongoing tasks
