What we expect from a candidate:
- Experience in designing heating and ventilation systems
- Knowledge of national building codes (DBN and DSTU) for HVAC systems, as well as relevant laws and regulations for construction design
- Experience in communication with clients and coordination with construction/installation teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit and Audytor CO is a plus
Areas of responsibility:
- Developing design documentation in accordance with technical specifications, related disciplines’ requirements, and regulatory standards
- Performing design tasks at the “P” (Design) and “R” (Working) stages for residential and public buildings within the HVAC sections
- Author supervision of project implementation
