The Five Address residential complex at 24a Rakovskogo Street is actively being built in the cozy residential area of the Sykhiv district in Lviv. Construction work is progressing according to schedule, and we have the following updates:
- First section (16 floors) – Facade works are underway, which will give the building a modern look and a sense of completion.
- Third section – The pouring of the second floor has been completed, and the installation of vertical structures for the third floor is ongoing.
- Parking (first phase) – The foundation slab has been poured, which is an important stage for further structural work.
- Building 3 (next phase) – The sub-foundation has been poured, ensuring the strength of the future structure.
- Parking – The pouring of vertical structures forming the main frame of the underground part has been completed.
Construction is continuing according to plan, with each new stage bringing the project closer to realization and the creation of a comfortable living space for future residents.
