The residential complex “Shelest” is located on the northern outskirts of Lviv, between Studynskoho and Nahirna streets, in a rapidly developing area. This modern project combines comfort with infrastructural advantages for its residents.
As part of the first phase of construction, work is actively underway on two sections of the complex. In particular, reinforced concrete works are nearing completion in sections №1 and №2, providing a strong and reliable foundation for the next stages of construction. Additionally, brickwork has begun in the first section, marking a crucial step in forming the wall structures that will ensure thermal and sound insulation for future residents. Moreover, waterproofing works are also being carried out in the first phase, preventing moisture penetration and enhancing the durability of building materials.
In the second phase, concerning section №9, the installation of the reinforced concrete foundation has already been completed. This is a key stage that allows for further preparation for the construction of the main structures, ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the building in the future.
Thus, the “Shelest” complex is gradually taking shape, with each construction stage being carried out in accordance with modern standards, guaranteeing a high level of comfort for its future residents.
