On May 1st, a new business center, VERTYCAL, was officially opened in Lviv, located at 120 Antonovycha Street. The 14-story building, offering breathtaking views of the city, is situated in the heart of the city’s IT hub, close to the city center and the railway station.
The project by AVR includes offices with a total area of over 12,000 m², including open spaces that are easily adaptable to the needs of tenants.
In addition, the business center offers modern conference halls, lounge areas, reliable security systems, and uninterrupted power supply. VERTYCAL also features a two-level parking lot with zones for electric vehicle charging and car wash stations.
Soon, the business center will also host the opening of the SHOco confectionery, a barbershop, and the men’s clothing store Impero, as well as a gym on the second floor.
VERTYCAL will contribute to the development of entrepreneurial activities in Lviv, creating ideal conditions for collaboration and innovation.
