An inconspicuous mansion of the early 20th century lived out its days on a plot sandwiched between ordinary buildings of 3-4 floors, built in the early 20th century.
Repeatedly reconstructed and divided into apartments in the Soviet era, the house didn’t attract the inhabitants for a happy life between higher buildings. According to the project, “filling” the gap in the ordinary building was realized by constructing a building with modern facades, but with the preservation of outline and villa’s facades, which was previously the only building on the site.
This is the first project in Lviv with a car elevator to enter the parking lot.
