Residential Complex “Father” is about finding economically justified solutions while preserving aesthetics and functionality. It is a spacious, gated block with sections of varying heights (from 5 to 10 stories). The thoughtful planning of apartments and common areas, combined with cozy landscaping, creates a harmonious living environment. Thanks to the large inner courtyard, the development accommodates all the infrastructure necessary for a comfortable urban lifestyle.
The complex is located on Promyslova Street in the Pidzamche district and is part of a comprehensive rethinking of this area of Lviv. For nearly a decade, this once-underappreciated neighborhood near the city center has been undergoing a gradual transformation. Within walking distance are the Jam Factory Art Center, Zamkova Hill, and a wide range of commercial infrastructure. A tram line running along the street ensures quick and eco-friendly access to both the city center and the main train station.
The complex’s volumetric-spatial composition is designed to provide visual variety through sections of different heights and to humanize the scale with numerous horizontal divisions and vertical accents on the corners of the block.
The window pattern and placement of summer spaces follow the principle of “dynamic vibration,” creating a modern and engaging architectural identity.
