The residential complex is located between Pasichna and Pimonenko streets in Lviv. This city area is being actively transformed into a modern residential neighborhood of medium height.
The complex comprises three residential blocks of 3-6 floors, interconnected by pedestrian courtyards. Driveways for cars and entrances to underground parking lots are designed around the perimeter. The right side of the complex was designed in cooperation with Logistruct.
One of the features of the layout is apartments with patios on the ground floors and penthouses with large terraces on the top floors.
The architecture of the complex is restrained and modern, the quarters are made in different architectural techniques, but complement each other and together form a comfortable space for residents.
