A course on the active implementation on ecological solution and technology was taken during the planning and realization.
The courts of the residential complex are free of cars, instead, underground parking is situated on the whole area. Entrance to the courtyard is provided exclusively for Operational and Fire Services.
The neighborhoods are formed by buildings of different storeys: 4-, 5-, 7-, 9-, and 12-storey buildings, for a more interesting silhouette of the object and better perception of the courtyard’s interior space.
