The project is being realized on the site of the former Oil and Gas Plant and is the key component of the transformation of the formerly industrial Pidzamche district.
The project aims to revitalize the area between Bohdana Khmelnytskoho and Promyslova streets by creating new walkways that are so lacking in former industrial areas. The complex offers residents an innovative mix-used space where they can live, work and relax comfortably close to home.
The structure of the complex provides for a continuous four-story building that forms the front of this street, with pointed nine-story dominants that are consciously set back into the depths of the complex, in line with the city’s master plan. The open space of the new street segment will be used as a public space, not a parking lot.
The uncluttered modern architecture with clear facade graphics harmoniously unites office buildings located on the side of the noisy Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, apartments and apartment buildings with cozy green courtyards. Three courtyards form recreational spaces for the residents of the complex and several public areas.
