Area

3 800 m2

The shopping center on Pyrohivka Street in Lviv is designed as a multifunctional center of local commerce and services, which enhances the daily route of the district and forms a recognizable urban point of attraction. The three-story structure is organized around a clear system of entrances and vertical connections that provide quick orientation and comfortable movement between levels. The architectural image is solved through a combination of transparent planes and expressive facade plasticity, which creates a modern silhouette and at the same time works as a single, orderly background for an active commercial environment.

The facility is located on Pyrohivka Street in Lviv – a street of local urban significance that works as a calm connection between the residential fabric of the district and key vectors of movement to the center and public services. This location provides predictable logistics without overloading the space with transit traffic and allows for convenient access for residents, service and delivery.

Site relief

Careful work with the site relief creates additional usable area and rationally uses space. Thanks to this, the site receives many functional zones, its spatial structuring and opportunities for various activities are improved. Access to the main entrance is provided by stairs on one side and a gentle rise on the other, which creates a convenient and safe connection between the levels.

Eco-parking

The site includes an eco-parking lot with permeable paving that provides natural drainage, reduces water stagnation, and maintains the green character of the space.

Terrace Area

The area at ground floor level forms an elevated vantage point from which attractive panoramic views open. It serves as a cozy place for relaxation and visual perception of the territory.

Recreation area

The recreation area is made of environmentally friendly natural materials, creating a comfortable and safe environment. The landscaping forms a soft natural border, separating the space from the surrounding areas and providing comfort and privacy.

The building is conceived as the “edge” of the landscape – an elongated horizontal line that seems to hover above the relief and works on the distant perspectives of the city and the Vynnyky Forest Park. Continuous panoramic glazing is not a decoration, but a tool that turns the facade into a continuous viewing screen and makes the interiors a continuation of the exterior. The upper levels recede and open up into terraces, forming a multi-level restaurant promenade with viewing platforms; their rhythm is enhanced by an expressive cantilever extension, which gives a deep shadow and emphasizes the “lightness” of the glass belt of the first floor. The third level is completed by a thin, almost graphic line of the roof – a laconic touch that fixes the silhouette. All this is collected into one composition by the faceted “rock” shell of the ventilated facade: the broken planes are read as erosional edges, adding tactility and material weight, contrasting with transparency and emphasizing the main theme – horizontality and landscape.
