Taking into account the peculiarities of the site, the architects decided to group the sections into two blocks of different number of storeys. The 11-storey building on the side of Abraham Lincoln Street continued the theme of shaping the street’s development. There are also 11 floors on the side of St. Josaphat Church and an 18-storey building in the farthest corner.
