The multifunctional complex consists of three separate buildings located in the heart of the «Lagom» cottage town on the shore of the lake. The complex is designed to meet the basic needs of both the town’s residents and the residents of the village of Sokilnyky, who will relax on the coast. The buildings provide for a variety of commercial functions – from cafes, restaurants and minimarkets to office premises and service spaces. Thanks to this, the complex will become a convenient center of everyday life and leisure, combining comfort, functionality and the atmosphere of relaxation by the water.
The buildings of the complex have a maximum height of two floors, which harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment. Their shape and location are dictated by the natural relief of the site and the logic of pedestrian routes for residents of both the implemented and future phases of the cottage town to the lake. The objects are oriented towards the reservoir, forming a pedestrian promenade and a cozy square in front of the facades. Summer terraces of cafes and space for small holiday fairs are provided here.
The planning solutions have smooth, curvilinear forms, inspired by the shoreline and the calm dynamics of water. The cantilevered protrusions of the ceilings emphasize this plasticity, while simultaneously performing the function of sun protection and canopies that protect visitors from rain and sun.
On the second floor of one of the buildings, a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the green hills and the territory of the cottage town has been designed.
In front of the complex, convenient parking spaces are provided for employees and visitors coming from other areas. The main access to the buildings is provided by comfortable pedestrian routes and a separate bicycle path, which creates additional convenience for fans of active recreation.
