The Hyde Park club house, located in the picturesque Lychakiv district of Lviv near Shevchenkivskyi Hai Park, combines modern architecture with natural surroundings, offering an ideal living space for those who appreciate urban comfort in harmony with nature.
The project consists of two buildings, both steadily progressing toward completion. Here’s an update on the construction stages:
Building A2
- The excavation work has been completed, and the concrete bedding has been laid on half of the building.
- The reinforcement of the foundation slab has been successfully completed.
- A waterstop and bentonite cord have been installed to ensure the structure’s tightness and reliability.
Building A1.1
- Plastering work is ongoing on the 4th floor, bringing the interior finishing closer to completion.
- Chimneys have been insulated, with the next step being painting in the approved colors.
- Adjustments have been made to the installation of the fresh air supply for the commercial premises to ensure comfortable conditions for future tenants.
Building A1.2
- Water supply pipes have been installed.
- Levels for floor screeding on the roof have been set, allowing roofing work to proceed.
- Masonry work is in progress on the 3rd to 5th floors, paving the way for further construction stages.
- Ventilation blocks and air ducts have been installed, which is a crucial step in ensuring proper ventilation in the building.
