The reconstruction of the educational center building of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy at 2 Teslenka Street in Lviv is ongoing. This facility will be used for learning and the development of leadership qualities among young people.
Initial condition of the object as of 2021
Throughout 2024, significant reconstruction work has been carried out on the building. The main structural work has been completed, including roof repairs, as the previous covering was improperly installed, leading to leakage issues. The roof has been fully restored using modern materials that ensure reliability and durability.
The building’s facade has been cleaned of dirt and damage, repainted, and 70% of the finishing work has been completed, giving the building an aesthetically pleasing appearance while preserving its historical value.
Additionally, the staircase has been sent for restoration, which will help maintain its architectural authenticity. Work has begun on installing an external elevator to ensure accessibility for people with limited mobility, making the building more inclusive and convenient for all users.
