A project for the reconstruction of an old telegraph factory.
Given that the building is made of all-metal construction, in order not to destroy the entire frame, it was decided to move the elevator shaft outside the building. This architectural solution reduced the cost of construction, provided high-quality floor space and created an accent on the facade.
