The Shelest residential complex is located between Studynskoho and Nahirna streets, on the northern outskirts of Lviv, which has been actively developing recently, forming a new rich urban fabric.
The peculiarity of this project is the active terrain, which creates a unique perception of both the landscaping and the object itself. To minimize the amount of earthwork, we used a terraced foundation at different levels and a parking lot of complex configuration, which is partially absorbed by the terrain and partially above ground. The entrance to the sections of the complex is also from different levels.
Due to its elevated location relative to the city center, the apartments offer incredible views of the city.
The complex consists of seventeen sections, the architecture of which is designed in an ensemble manner. It is filled with commercial spaces on the ground floors, comfortable entrance groups for residents, and apartments with ergonomic layouts with patios on the ground floors.
An important aspect of the buildings’ architectural image is the balconies of various sizes, which increase in size towards the south, plastically diversifying the volume.
The terracing of the buildings emphasizes the falling relief and creates additional summer areas aimed at the best realization of the view potential of the complex.
