Winners of the NSAU Review-Competition Awards

On February 27, 2025, the awards ceremony for the winners of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (NSAU) review-competition took place. This is one of the most prestigious professional awards, recognizing the best architectural projects and realizations created in Ukraine over the past three years.

The NSAU awards honor projects that demonstrate a high level of architectural craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and a harmonious integration with the urban environment.

The awards are presented in eight categories, covering key areas of contemporary architecture and urban planning, including urban planning, regeneration of historical environments, restoration, buildings and structures, high-rise residential development, low-rise residential buildings, landscape architecture, and interiors.

The NSAU diploma in the “Buildings and Structures” (project) category for the educational facility “Center for Dental Implantation and Prosthetics,” located at 22 Pasichna St., Lviv is awarded to Yulian Chaplinskyi, Volodymyr Yosypchuk and Kateryna Kabanenko.

The NSAU diploma “With Distinction” in the “High-rise Residential Development” (realization) category for the multi-apartment residential building at 201-A Varsavska St., Lviv is awarded to Volodymyr Yosypchuk and Pavlo Petrich.

The NSAU diploma in the “High-rise Residential Development” (realization) category for the multi-functional complex at 134-A Zamarstynivska St., Lviv is awarded to Olga Sokha-Kvych, Volodymyr Yosypchuk and Andriy Baziv.

The NSAU diploma in the “High-rise Residential Development” (realization) category for the multi-apartment residential complex at 27 Prof. P. Buika St., Lviv is awarded to Anatoliy Bubriak, Mykyta Makukhin and Oleksandr Betsenko.

The winning projects of the competition are exhibited at international exhibitions and events of the architectural community both in Ukraine and abroad. This is not only a demonstration of the achievements of Ukrainian architecture but also an important step towards international recognition and collaboration.

Thanks to the active international partnership of the NSAU and membership in leading professional organizations such as the International Union of Architects (MCA), Ukrainian architects are gaining new opportunities for knowledge exchange, joint project realization, and the implementation of advanced global practices in their work.

We also congratulate all the participants and teams who received awards in other categories! Each project is the result of close collaboration between architects, engineers, builders, and urbanists. We thank everyone who worked on these projects, who sought unconventional solutions, and created unique spaces that enhance the urban environment.
